X4U events
X4U was Unit4's flagship customer event, running across multiple editions in both virtual and in-person formats. Each edition presented the same core creative challenge: how to deliver a distinct event identity that felt fresh and purposeful while remaining anchored to the broader Unit4 brand.
The scope of work across editions was extensive, covering visual identity, presentations, digital platforms, signage, promotional materials, and motion graphics. Managing that range across formats and production contexts, while maintaining coherence from the first communication to the live event experience, was as much a logistical challenge as a creative one.
