XKO events

XKO was Unit4's annual Sales Kick-Off, an internal company-wide event held each year in a different European city, including Amsterdam, Lisbon, and Barcelona.

Unlike customer-facing events, internal events carry a different creative responsibility: the audience knows the brand intimately, so the work has to do more than just look consistent. It has to feel relevant, energising, and specific to that moment in the company's story.

Each edition required a distinct theme and key visual, developed within the Unit4 brand framework but with enough creative latitude to reflect the tone and narrative of that year. Managing the full creative scope, across visual identity, presentations, digital materials, signage, and environmental graphics, meant coordinating multiple internal and external teams simultaneously, within tight production timelines and with technically demanding deliverables.

The standard of execution expected at this level left no margin for error. What is shown here is a selection from a larger body of work across editions.
